About the Assistant Manager/Manager FP&A SEA Markets Role:
Reporting to the FP&A Director, as an individual contributor you will be responsible for directing the overall and SEA business, finance and accounting activities. You will also work closely with Head of SEA and country managers regionally across SEA to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the SEA business unit P&L deliverables on a monthly basis, including sales by country and product breakdown, variance analysis towards budgeting and forecast for full P&L items (incl. Sales, COGS, GP, OPEX) in Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and other Southeast markets
• Partner and collaborate with Country Commercial Heads/Country Manager, costing dept, tax dept or other functional teams when preparing business cases for top management approval
• Participate in various budgeting cycles and complete five-year planning along with commercial teams, regulatory, customer service and other functional teams, ensure on-time delivery of information for review and presentation
• Work across with sales, regulatory, tax, accounting and customer service teams in developing and implementing financial planning processes, templates, models to achieve business objectives
• Closely monitor all financial metrics and highlight risks and opportunities on a timely manner for the country heads
• Critically identify areas of cost-saving and other revenue streams with opportunities

To succeed in this Assistant Manager/Manager FP&A SEA Markets role, you need to have proven track record in business partnering and financial modelling, experienced in commercial within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in finance and accounting, business administration or professional accounting qualification
• Minimum of five years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a business partnering, financial planning and analysis or controlling role
• Experienced in FP&A commercially
• Experience in advanced financial modelling, analytical skills and a strong attention to detail is highly advantageous
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong working knowledge of MS Excel
• Good working knowledge with SAP and BPC
