What you'll do:

As Finance Manager / Financial Controller, you will play an integral role in managing the entire finance function for the Singapore office. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing detailed management reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles; conducting regular forecasting; analysing key performance indicators; supervising collections; negotiating with banks; coordinating insurance matters; supporting payroll administration; overseeing IT requirements related to finance; managing external bank relationships; authorising payments; ensuring compliance with group reporting standards.

• Ensure full compliance with financial legislation, audit requirements, and internal policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of evolving regulations.
• Provide comprehensive support to department directors on all financial matters, fostering cross-functional collaboration and informed decision-making.
• Monitor cash receipts from issued invoices under contractual agreements, proactively addressing any discrepancies or delays.
• Coordinate supplier payments meticulously to avoid penalties stipulated in contracts, safeguarding the organisation’s reputation and financial health.
• Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts that align with strategic objectives, providing clear guidance for resource allocation.
• Prepare timely financial statements—including Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Income Statements—and manage corporate tax filings, GST returns, transfer pricing documentation, and related reports.

What you bring:
