Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team in Singapore. This role offers an attractive salary range of SGD102,000 to SGD114,000. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be instrumental in providing insights and recommendations to drive short and long-term strategic goals and financial outcomes. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Vice President Asia, ensuring robust financial processes are embedded within the team.

What you'll do:

As a Finance Business Partner, your role will be pivotal in driving the financial success of our client's operations in Asia. You will partner with the Asia Sales and Marketing Team, ensuring ownership and delivery of P&L outcomes down to EBIT level. Your expertise will be crucial in engaging with various internal stakeholders around forecasting, planning and profit deliverables. You will also provide valuable insights into Brand/SKU/Regional/Customer Profitability that enable execution of business strategy.

• Partner with the Asia Sales and Marketing Team to ensure delivery of P&L outcomes down to EBIT level for Asia
• Engage with various internal stakeholders around forecasting, planning and profit deliverables
• Deliver Brand/SKU/Regional/Customer Profitability insights that enable execution of business strategy
• Manage key outputs for Month End Close & Reporting, Latest Estimates, Annual Plan and Long-Range Plan
• Engage with the International Commercial Finance Team to deliver financial and business strategic objectives
• Provide market share/volume analysis on industry and company specific trends including forecast reviews

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Finance Business Partner role brings a wealth of experience from operating within a complex commercial organisation. With a Bachelor’s degree majoring in accounting or similar field, you have spent at least 5 years honing your skills in a medium to large scale operation. Your strong commercial acumen is complemented by your mature approach to business partnering and influencing business outcomes. You are adept at communicating complex financial information to non-finance business partners, helping them grow their financial acumen.

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in accounting or similar field
• 5+ years relevant experience operating within a complex commercial organization of medium to large scale
• Strong commercial acumen and mature approach to Business Partnering and influencing business outcomes
• Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-finance business partners and grow financial acumen
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive team performance within an Agile Team Environment to deliver shared outcomes
• Analytical, strategic and forward-thinking mindset
