About the Commercial Finance Manager Role:
Reporting to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, the Commercial Finance Manager is responsible for being a finance business partner, partnering and leading with the cross-functional teams for managing profitability and maintaining sound financial position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner and lead with the cross-functional teams for managing profitability and maintaining sound financial position looking at the pricing, mix and trade spending
• Own overall direction and control for A&P-related matters
• Provide qualitative information about external landscape, e.g. competitors, food/beverage industries, and macro-economic indicators
• Develop and leverage automation for forecasting, Value chain, distributor claims process and trade spends management
• Proactively taking value-creating initiatives for growth and maximising shareholders’ value
• Counsel the Senior Leadership team for sound decision making in various aspects of the business
• Any other ad hoc requests from company leadership

To succeed in this Commercial Finance Manager role, you will need to have experience in finance business partnering, able to shift gears and have the right attitude to work in a fast-growing company.

Key Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or Business. A Master’s degree in finance or business administration would be advantageous
• Minimum of five years of commercial finance experience, ideally in the FMCG industry
• Strong finance background with commercial experience/business acumen
• Agility and ability to cope with change and ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to unlock insights and drive decisions based on data
• Specialised knowledge of accounting, financial management, tax regulations, internal control and treasury
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP
• Excellent thinking and problem solving, communication, leadership and collaboration, with an ability able to handle multiple priorities in diverse cultures
• Readiness to learn
