Senior FInance Manager

A leading aviation organisation is looking for a Finance Manager in Singapore to support both local and international subsidiaries in the U.S. and Ireland. What you'll do:

• Manage full accounts for subsidiaries in Singapore, the U.S., and Ireland, ensuring accurate financial records.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Coordinate payroll with external providers and ensure accurate accounting of transactions.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports.
• Liaise with auditors and tax advisors during audits and filings, ensuring compliance in all jurisdictions.
• Ensure adherence to local accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Identify areas for process improvements and business expansion initiatives.
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.

What you bring:

• CPA or ACCA qualifications (completed or in progress) and experience in aviation/aerospace are advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience managing accounting functions across multiple entities or regions.
• Hands-on experience with month-end closings, reconciliations, payroll coordination, cash management, and consolidated statements.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills.
