Our client is seeking a highly skilled Finance and Admin Manager to join their team in Singapore. This role offers an attractive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per annum. As the Finance and Admin Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting local sales operations, working closely with the sales team. Your responsibilities will include financial reporting, ensuring compliance with local regulations, managing service providers, and contributing to the overall administrative function.

What you'll do:

As a Finance and Admin Manager based in Singapore, your role will be integral to the smooth running of our client's business. You will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing monthly financial reports, managing tax filings, liaising with various stakeholders including banks and local authorities. Additionally, you will manage legal matters and oversee system migrations. Your role will also involve coordinating audits and assisting with HR policies. This position requires someone who can handle a variety of tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of compliance.

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, cash management, and work with the appointed professional service provider in accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and budgets for review by Head Office Finance.
  • Manage tax filings, liaise with auditors, and ensure compliance with Singapore’s financial regulations.
  • Act as the primary contact for sales managers and provide administrative support.
  • Liaise with banks, local authorities, landlords, and other related agencies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage legal and contract matters in collaboration with the corporate office.
  • Oversee system migration from Xero to Business Central.
  • Coordinate all internal and external audits to ensure compliance with Company and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with HR policies and matters in collaboration with the corporate office.
  • Ensure all company policies comply with local regulations and corporate standards.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Finance and Admin Manager position brings a wealth of experience in finance and administration. With a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance under your belt, you have spent 6 to 8 years honing your skills in a similar role. Your experience working within a multinational environment has equipped you with the ability to navigate complex business landscapes. Your familiarity with ERP systems such as Xero and Business Central will be beneficial in this role. Above all, your excellent communication skills will enable you to liaise effectively with international teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in finance and administration is essential.
  • Experience working in a multi-national environment is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems; exposure to Xero and Business Central is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are necessary for liaising with international teams.
