About the Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager role:
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager will play a critical role in oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, in providing financial analysis and advice to help drive strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of two staff
• Producing monthly forecasting report, including updates for any new client commercials, any other significant costs changes in the business.
• Lead the set-up of a new centralised revenue assurance/billing team
• Co-ordinating the preparation of weekly, monthly and annual UK reporting requirements
• Preparation of monthly analysis / ad-hoc reporting for the management
• Co-ordinating and contributing to the preparation of annual budgets across the region
• Ensure tax compliance requirements, including the completion of monthly, quarterly and annual returns for RS Singapore are accurately and duly filed.
• Involvement and review in Year-end Audit for Singapore.
• Provision of financial data for use in prospective client bids.
• Active participant as a finance SME in the implementation of new wins and Leadership Team projects leading the discussions and decisions around finance matters such as invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Coordinating finance training for Operations team as need arises.
• Review and provide inputs ongoing process improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified CA/CPA
• Big4 or broad-based industry experience preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Strong commercial business acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Robust problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of D365 is highly desirable
