Finance Manager

An exciting Finance Manager job has opened up at an established machine manufacturing firm with a global presence.

About the Finance Manager Role:
Reporting to the GM, you will be part of the local dealership team. This position will work with the Accountant on day-to-day financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate Group Reporting which includes all weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and statutory reports
• Direct and oversee all Financial Accounting processes for the firm to ensure consistency and timely submissions
• Coordinate external audits when required, ensuring any management recommendations made are communicated and actioned
• Manage the Working Capital of the firm with specific emphasis on ensuring all shipments are cleared on a timely basis along with managing all New and Used Inventory to ensure stock policies are strictly adhered to
• Participate and prepare Forecast, Budget, and Business Plans with management team
• Manage the payroll and ensure regulatory compliance with Ministry of Manpower Requirements

To succeed in this Finance Manager role, you will need to be independent and technically competent. In addition to that, you need to possess strong analytical and communication skills to work with various senior stakeholders in the firm and regional team.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA certification
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and Accpac
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work in Tuas - five-day work week in the office
