An exciting FP&A Manager (M&A) job has just become available at a leading IT services company. Reporting to the Associate Director, this is a great opportunity for a qualified accountant experienced in FP&A with M&A experience.
About the FP&A Manager (M&A) Role:
In this role, you will be conducting financial analysis with regards to potential M&A and JV opportunities for the business. You will also be responsible for streamlining and improvising finance processes to make operations more efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysing financial data to identify key trends behind the performance of the target business(es)
- Evaluating risks with regards to integration as part of the due diligence process
- Driving integration activities with regards to finance upon closure of acquisition
- Business partnering with business leaders to manage and increase the profitability of accounts
- Reviewing, streamlining and recommending improvements to processes to make them more efficient
To succeed in the FP&A Manager (M&A) role, you must have a strong background in hands-on accounting and FP&A experience, preferably with M&A exposure and have the confidence to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with at least eight years of financial analysis experience
- Attention to detail, strong motivation and a high level of accuracy
- Strong understanding of local accounting guidelines
- Prior experience in M&A/JV/IPO will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
