About the Accounting Manager (Multinational Blockchain company) Role:
In this role, you will manage the company’s accounting operations. You will be responsible for overseeing functions such as bookkeeping, AP/AR and payroll, and be involved in finance transformation and implementation projects from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the accounting function (includes all bookkeeping, AP, AR and payroll)
• Supervising a growing team of accounts assistants
• Identifying and submitting statutory returns/filings for international entities
• Ensuring that the month-end close is done on time
• Creating new/simplifying existing processes for the efficiency of finance operations
• Enforcing company-wide controls and accounting policies

To succeed in the Accounting Manager (Multinational Blockchain company) role, you must have a strong background in financial reporting, and the confidence to work remotely with individuals across borders.

Key Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in accounting and corporate finance with demonstrated leadership experience
• Experience, or a keen interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency
• Excellent foundation of active liquidity management in crypto finance or fintech
• Ability to view at the business from both an overview perspective as well as the operational tactics
