About the Corporate Finance Analyst (Digital Music Platform) Role:
In this role, you will be conducting analysis and creating financial models for the management team. You will be responsible for providing insight to the management team with regards to potential investment/JV/M&A activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating financial models and performing financial forecasts
- Undertaking research into new markets and competitor analysis
- Helping in the fundraising operations of the company
- Reviewing various legal documentation of transactions
- Comparing the actuals vs forecasted, analysing the variance between the two
- Coordinating with the executive team on long-term financial planning
To succeed in this Corporate Finance Analyst (Digital Music Platform) role, you must have a strong background in financial modelling, and preferably come from an investment banking/corporate advisory background.
Key Requirements:
- Ideally three to five years of experience in an IB/advisory/consulting firm
- Strong academic foundation in a business/accounting/economics or related discipline
- CFA/CPA qualifications and knowledge of SQL is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, and the ability to analyse complex data for the management’s understanding
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
