This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Partners, Directors and Managers on a variety of projects within the transaction lifecycle. You will be involved in financial due diligence, buy-side advisory engagements, M&A advisory projects and deal origination. What you'll do:

As a Senior Associate, your role will be pivotal in executing projects within the transaction lifecycle. You will conduct financial due diligence, engage in buy-side advisory assignments, and play a key role in M&A advisory projects. Your ability to analyse historical financial data, identify key business trends, and prepare comprehensive reports will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will assist in reviewing transaction documents, formulating potential solutions, and supporting business development initiatives.

  • Execute financial due diligence and buy-side advisory engagements with a regional focus
  • Analyse historical financial data and identify operational and key business trends
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings with target's management teams
  • Prepare reports setting out findings and recommendations on key financial and commercial issues in transactions
  • Assist in review of transaction documents and formulation of potential solutions
  • Support business development initiatives covering the preparation of proposals

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Associate role will have a degree in Accountancy or a finance-related discipline along with at least 2 years' experience in financial due diligence or valuation advisory. Your strong analytical skills coupled with your ability to write detailed reports will be essential for interpreting data, generating insights, and constructing solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required. Excellent English communication skills are necessary for presenting findings and recommendations. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines is also crucial.

  • Degree in Accountancy or finance-related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ related experience, preferably in areas of financial due diligence or valuation advisory
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills with ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent English written, oral and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
