What you'll do:

• Forecast and monitor cashflow across the region under a cash pooling arrangement while coordinating effectively with the Treasury team on liquidity management.
• Establish, document, and enforce policies, processes, and controls within the accounts payable function to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Maintain vendor data integrity by overseeing regular updates and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for resolving complex issues or queries from both internal teams and external vendors, evaluating situations thoroughly before recommending process improvements.
• Identify inefficiencies within current accounts payable practices and recommend enhancements that promote greater efficiency or compliance outcomes.
