Accounts Payable Executive
Our client is seeking a meticulous and dependable Accounts Payable Executive to join their team in Singapore. This role will involve handling all accounts payable matters relating to various global locations, including Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Dubai, and other newly incorporated entities.

What you'll do:
As an Accounts Payable Executive, your primary responsibility will be managing all accounts payable matters across multiple global locations. You'll handle vendor invoices with precision, prepare payment vouchers, process payments, and manage intercompany billings. Your role will also include taking on additional duties as assigned. This position offers the chance to showcase your meticulous attention to detail and strong time management skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Handle vendors’ invoices, including checking, verifying, compiling and performing call backs
- Prepare payment voucher summary and arrange for approval
- Process payments via telegraphic and interbank transfer
- Prepare invoices for intercompany billings
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Accounts Payable Executive role brings at least three years of experience in Accounts Payable. You are proficient in MS Office and have demonstrated the ability to work independently while taking initiative in your previous roles. Your strong time management skills enable you to meet deadlines efficiently. Above all, your meticulous attention to detail ensures accuracy in all tasks you undertake.
