Finance Executive - Netsuite - 1 Year Renewable

Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Executive with a specialisation in Accounts Payable using Oracle ERP. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and optimising AP processes, ensuring accurate and efficient operations within the Oracle system.

What you'll do:

As a Finance Executive specialising in Accounts Payable with Oracle ERP, your role will be pivotal in managing and optimising our client's financial processes.

• Handle vendors’ invoices, including checking, verifying, compiling and performing call backs on Oracle Netsuite
• Prepare payment voucher summary and arrange for approval
• Payment processing via telegraphic and interbank transfer
• Prepare invoices for intercompany billings
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

The ideal candidate for this Finance Executive role brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Oracle Financials. With a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, you have proven experience working with Oracle Financials such as Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud ERP. Your strong understanding of Accounts Payable coupled with your excellent problem-solving skills make you an asset to any team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
• Proven experience working with Oracle Financials (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud ERP), especially within Accounts Payable.
• Strong understanding of financial processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
