What you'll do:
As an Accounts Payable Lead, your role will be multifaceted. You will supervise and lead the AP team, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. Your expertise will be crucial in forecasting and monitoring cashflow under a cash pooling arrangement. You will establish policies, processes, and controls in the AP function that comply with relevant standards. Your role will also involve supporting H2H integration projects between banks and Oracle Fusion across the region. As the main point of contact, you will identify and resolve complex issues from internal and external stakeholders. Your commitment to continuous improvement will see you maintaining documented AP best practices, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.

- Participate in continuous business maturity projects
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Accounts Payable Lead position brings proven experience in accounts payable, preferably in a leadership role. You have supported H2H integration projects before and have strong knowledge of regional indirect tax and statutory reporting requirements. Prior experience with Oracle Fusion would be advantageous. You are driven, passionate about learning new skills, highly organised with strong attention to detail. Your exceptional attitude reflects your high degree of professionalism and discretion. Strong communication skills are a must, both written and verbal.
