What you'll do:
As an Accounts Payable Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing all accounts payable matters. Your day-to-day tasks will involve handling vendors' invoices, preparing payment vouchers, processing payments, and preparing invoices for intercompany billings. You will also be expected to take on any other duties and responsibilities as assigned. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Handle vendors’ invoices, including checking, verifying, compiling and performing call backs
- Prepare payment voucher summary and arrange for approval
- Payment processing via telegraphic and interbank transfer
- Prepare invoices for intercompany billings
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Accounts Payable Executive role will bring a wealth of experience in accountancy or finance. With at least 10 years of related experience under your belt, you are proficient in MS Office and can communicate effectively in Mandarin. You are known for your ability to work independently and take initiative when needed. Your strong time management skills allow you to meet deadlines without compromising on quality. Above all, your meticulous attention to detail sets you apart from others.
- Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent or higher
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Proficient in MS Office
