Inventory Control Manager
Company Description:

Responsibilities:
-Manage a team of > 10 people to ensure inventory integrity (including inventory reconciliations and managing cycle count exercises) and timely movement of inventory in the supply chain; ie. from sub-contractors, suppliers and to internal factory and warehouse.
-Manage a section responsible for issuance of Purchase Order to sub-contractors and validation of invoice.
-Be the subject matter expert (SME) and owner to drive policy and procedures with relevant stakeholders to streamline operational transactions and prevent product counterfeiting.
-Partner with IT and operations stakeholders to identify and drive business process and system changes to improve team’s productivity.
-Develop and report key performance indicators.
-Review and approve inventory reconciliations.
-Ensure department’s processes are compliant to SOX requirements and system access compliance to SOD.
Requirements:
-A good Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Management.
-More than 5 years of work experience in managing high technology or high value products inventory control system.
-At least 3 years of people management experience.
-Effective communication skills. The ability to converse in Mandarin will be a plus.
-Good project management skill. The ability to work with people at all levels and different countries is a must.
