Responsibilities:
-Manage customer and distribution fulfilment and supply chain requirement include order expedite and escalation management, demand supply analysis, PCN, PDN, NPI order management and forecast rationalization
-Develop and implement customer supply chain program initiatives in line with global process
-Take ownership on customer scorecard performance and drive improvement in areas of supply, service and delivery.
-Represent Ops in customer business review for all supply chain related topics, understand customer marketplace and business positioning
-Establish and maintain excellent relationship with customer to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
-Establish, align and execute ops account strategy with key stakeholders include sales and business unit
Requirements:
-Degree holder with minimum 5 years of experience in customer operations, sales operations dealing with key accounts management
-Familiarity with order fulfilment, supply chain process and target account management
-Able to interface at a broader level and build relationship with senior management at field sales / customers / distributors
-Self motivated person with strong interpersonal and communication skills and be a team player
-Experience in dealing with Japanese customers and capability to converse in Japanese language is a must
