PROJECT COST ANALYST
Location: Singapore
Reports to: Group Accounting Manager
Our client is a commodities company.
Job Responsibilities:
* Complete ownership and management of the accounting for customer projects across the group, e.g.; Cost vs. Budget, Revenue Recognition and Tracking timelines of projects
* Prepare project related reports for weekly meetings with Project Managers
* Work with Business Unit leaders and Project Managers to develop project budgets, to track actual costs, and to identify opportunities with ongoing projects to drive better project performance
* Knowledge of Accounting principles and the ability to handle the Accounts
* Payable function for the Group
* Proven written and communication skills, team player and independent contributor
* Able to multi task, working on several assignments simultaneously
* Able to quickly own the accounting and reporting of projects
* Working as part of an energetic and creative team
* You also have exposure to an ERP, preferably Dynamics Navision. You have been part of teams and are excited about working in a fast-paced environment with an extremely open culture.

Key Requirements:
* The successful candidate will have significant experience of projects, will be a self starter and possess strong communication skills.
* Enjoy interactions with all levels within the organisation and do not feel daunted by the task of holding your own in a group
* 2 - 3 years of experience and possess a Diploma or above in Accounting
