The company is in the Telecommunications industry, one of the fastest growing mobile operators in the region, providing from a range of services over mobile, internet to fixed platforms
Responsibilities:
• Prospect, develop and expand client base for airtime, print and on-line advertising and customised integrated sponsorships
• Identify, negotiate and recommend airtime and print advertising solutions to advertising agencies and advertisers
• Negotiate and expand business opportunities with major key accounts
• Build and maintain a good rapport with existing clients and major agencies
• Develop and mentoring Account Managers to optimize their performance
• Develop and implement innovative promotion programs to expand customer base and increase market share
• Provide sales report, competitive information and account feedback to management
• Ensure department targets are achieved or exceeded
Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing/Business/Mass Communications
• experience in the related media/marketing industry
• Prior experience in leading a team
• Proven track record of closing major deals and managing clients
• Good business contact among the agencies and advertisers is definitely an advantage
• Good insights and knowledge of the developments in the media and advertising industry
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Matured, self-motivated and independent
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Achievement oriented and able to work under pressure
