The company is a US IT MNC, providing IT services to Global 1000 MNC and due to the business expansion they have created a new head count for a Senior Marketing Manager for Asia, Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Develops and executes marketing programs to ensure marketing activities support company business alignment strategies.
• Works with operating group management to identify strategic marketing needs.
• Develops and recommends overall marketing strategy to senior management.
• Manages strategic components of product marketing plans
• Manages the development, production and distribution of promotional and collateral materials
• Tracks and manages prospective client information generated from marketing campaigns
• Manages company wide marketing communications, web marketing activities, company advertising and public relations when necessary
• Reviews marketing surveys to determine market needs and to ensure existing opportunities for profit are maximized in product design and marketing.
• Prepares, recommends and oversees development of operating and personnel budgets.
• Attend to corporate and global initiatives.
Requirements:
• Master's degree in business administration, sales, marketing or related field preferred
• Twelve or more years of marketing experience with a global company and experience working with marketing strategies and policies with a focus on Product or Service Marketing
• Experience in FSI i.e. working in the Insurance and banking market or product and services company focusing on the financial services market
• Those who have experience in partner / alliance management will have an advantage
Strong presentation skills to define and translate value propositions to client/ market understanding
