A global financial institution with an enviable portfolio of products and favourably rated by various rating agencies is looking to hire a Head of Resourcing to lead its resourcing strategies and operations for the region.
Responsibilities:
-Design and implement the recruitment & staffing framework
-Strategize the recruitment policy, employer branding, and service quality
-Work with HR and business stakeholders to understand the requirements of the business around talent capabilities and pipeline planning
-Coordinate talent acquisition and on-boarding with HR Business Partners
-Drive vendor relationships and manage the efficiency and deliveries of these vendors
-Define KPI and manage the achievable
-Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the staffing service quality and headcount quality
-Responsible for the senior management level recruitment process
Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior resourcing roles, ideally in a regional capacity
-Strong understanding of the business
-Regional exposure and staffing at senior level would be preferred
-Minimum 5 years experience in a multinational company and regional exposure to Asia Pacific would be advantages. Experience in a highly matrix organization would be advantageous
-Strong and wide knowledge of talent acquisition, vendor management, employer branding would be advantageous
-Experience working with senior management
