With an outstanding reputation for developing its talent, this global organization is looking for a Resourcing Specialist whose primary accountability is to partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Line Managers to achieve agreed talent acquisition objectives. Job Responsibilities:
•Drive end to end recruitment process from role definition through to on-boarding
•Execute internal and external recruitment activities placing priority on filling key roles in line with agreed global processes
•Design, activate and execute sourcing for priority talent initiatives
•Developing sourcing methods to find the best drivers of talent by leveraging multiple channels
•Provide and analyse data on key metrics for recruitment, application flow, sources and quality of talent as required
•Networking to build, manage and maintain a pipeline of external talent taking full advantage of digital and social channels
Key Requirements:
•Degree holder with a minimum of 4 years full life-cycle recruiting experience with global MNCs
•Direct sourcing and in-house recruiting experience is preferred
•Significant functional / regional recruitment experience with a proven track record of delivering high quality hires with strong line manager and candidate satisfaction. Singapore recruitment experience is a must
•Exceptional candidate relationship skills, coupled with experience of applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, building preferred supplier lists, recruitment advertising, web tools etc)
•Strong awareness of brand management and the employee value proposition
•Strong influencing skills with the ability to provide specific examples of building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes, e.g. improving the recruitment process
