A global innovator of processing and packaging solutions works in strategic partnerships with its customers to provide efficient, innovative solutions and high quality products worldwide. Due to expansion, they are reinforcing the Shared Services team with this newly created role. The person will be a subject matter expert in the HR services and will play a key role in the team supporting the region.

Responsibilities:
-Manage and respond to queries on HR policies and procedures
-Partner closely with HR counterparts on specific queries to provide prompt and accurate resolutions
-Analyse key performance indicators to identify gap in the Shared Services team and make improvements
-Contribute to the overall successful delivery of value-add HR services to internal stakeholder
-Develop a knowledge management database of common HR challenges to expedite resolution process
-Responsible for a designated HR process in Rewards, Performance Management and Learning and Development

Requirements:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
-One-two years of relevant working experience in Human Resources
-Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia
-Positive attitude towards learning and working in a fast-paced environment
-Service-Oriented and able to deliver under pressure
-Independent individual with excellent multi-tasking skills
