Our client, a leading telecommunications company in Singapore, is looking for a Payroll & HRIS Specialist to drive their payroll function. Renowned for their culture of fun and vibrancy as an organisation, the person that our client is looking to join their team should be one who is dynamic, a proven team player and finally, a meticulous individual who is able to ensure the high quality delivery of payroll services across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
-Drive payroll processing and computation for the strategic business units
-Ensure internal standards are met for all payroll related services
-Ensures resolution of escalated queries for payroll and reimbursements and issuing confirmation, probation and transfer letters
-Generation of HR reports and analytics
-Continually refine and upgrade payroll processes and systems improvements to increase efficiency
Requirements:
-Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or Business
-At least 4 years of experience in payroll administration or Human Resources Development
-Proficient in MS Office such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Proficiency in Frontier HR System an advantage
-Highly numerate and meticulous; and ability to multi task
-Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
-Independent and mature to handle high level of confidential information
