For the role of a HR Executive, they are looking for a driven individual who is able to drive human resources functions at a top level, consistent with its core values. He or she should also help to drive the HR value chain proposition.
Responsibilities:
-Drive full spectrum HR functions, with a focus in compensation and benefits
-Involved in market compensation surveys, performance management cycle
-Responsible for monthly payroll reporting and analysis
-Proposal of compensation package for various business units and HR manager
-Ensuring up-to-date corporate HR and employee information in the company-wide SAP system
-Managing end-to-end HR administration functions
Requirements:
-Degree in Human Resources or Business
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
-Knowledge of HR Payrolls systems – Paysonnel System preferred
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Innovative and highly creative change agent
