Our client, a global leader in electrical energy management, is looking for a dynamic and capable individual to fill the role of HR Business Partner. The ideal person is able to establish strong partnerships with regional HR Business Partners, propose effective HR solutions to solve complex business challenges.
Responsibilities:
-Drive and establish strong relations with regional HR Business Partners
-Develop and propose sound HR solutions to tackle business challenges
-Responsible for organization change and the execution of change management strategies
-Drive employee engagement, talent management, employer branding across the region
-Deployment and execution of global HR programs in the region
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in any fields
-At least 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
-Strong aptitude in translating business needs into HR implementations
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Change driver who has extremely strong business awareness and ability to use initiatives to problem solve
-Demonstrated ability to influence on change initiatives
