It is looking for a technically competent reward specialist to take assume the role of Reward Manager. Reporting into the VP of HR, you will ensure that reward programs are delivered in a globally consistent and effective way.
Responsibilities:
-Work with sub-regional Reward Managers to manage the reward benchmarking process in relation to agreed requirements for salary survey, annual/periodic analyses of competitor market pay/adjustments, developing specialized surveys for particular job positions, participating in third party competitive surveys, conducting trend analysis and best practice research.
-Support the VP Reward in approving conclusions and actions developed by country/cluster reward managers on the basis of survey results.
-Liaise with the reward team on merit increase guidelines developed based on agreed country budgets.
-Capture and share internal and external best practices amongst members of the reward expertise team.
-Responsible for gate keeping key external relationships with vendors for reward (e.g. survey providers) and understand scope of services that can be leveraged to improve market intelligence capability within the organization.
-Design and roll out organization’s compensation and benefits programs and activities through the virtual team so that they meet the organization’s objectives with regard to internal equity and external market competitiveness.
-Assess competitiveness of long-term incentives and recommend changes based on market data and review principles.
-Partner with regional counterparts on the delivery of global reward projects as required
-Conduct other market intelligence activities & analysis as required (i.e. job specific analysis, salary packages, etc)
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ sound C&B specialist experience in the areas of salary benchmarking, job evaluation & technical know-how
-Capability in project management, leadership and change management
-Fluency in English
-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
-Prepared to travel
-Experience in being virtual team member
