A global innovator of processing and packaging solutions works in strategic partnerships with its customers to provide efficient, innovative solutions and high quality products worldwide. Due to expansion, they are reinforcing the Shared Services team with this newly created role.
Responsibilities:
-Drive annual salary review and yearly incentive payment processes, partnering with local payroll and benefits administrators
-Analyze internal equity and benefits data
-Participate in market benchmarking exercise to ensure external market competitiveness
-Oversee all entities in month payroll process and legal statistics reporting
-Lead all HR compliance management
-Ensure regular liaison with HRBPs that policies and programs
Requirements:
-Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in C&B and payroll management
-Strong knowledge of C&B/laws and regulations across the region
-Organized, meticulous and analytical
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-High integrity and able to multi-tasks
