REGIONAL FINANCE MANAGER
Location: Singapore
Report to: Regional Financial Controller
Job Responsibilities:
Finance and Tax
• Oversee and manage the Regional Cost Centre monthly financials – AR/AP/GL
• Manage the SUN Accounting system
• Prepare Regional Cost Centre statutory reporting in compliance with IFRS to facilitate Group Plc LSE reporting
• Prepare the audited financials in compliance with Singapore FRS for legal entities in
• Singapore
• Prepare monthly management reports and submit using SAP
Accounting/Reporting
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Corporate tax/ Goods and Services Tax / Withholding
• preparation and submission
• Manage tax queries from IRAS in relation to the regional centre
• Mange Government statistics and surveys
• Streamline accounting process/procedures with a view to continuous improvement
• Continuous enhancement to reports generated from SUN Accounting
• Liaise with Auditors/ Tax agents/ Government bodies
• Quarterly forecasting and budgeting for regional cost centre including
o Profit and loss
o Staff and resource planning
o Balance sheet and cash flow
Regional
• Co-ordinate the APAC submission statutory reporting, for half year end and full year end
• Liaise with HQ Group Finance on accounting/IFRS matters relating to Group Plc LSE reporting
• Co-ordinate and maintain the APAC regional Corporate Secretarial Database quarterly
• Liaise with Group Corporate Secretary on APAC matters
• Manage Transfer Pricing issues/document and handle tax queries
• Preparation of the intercompany technical services fees
• Liaise with Regional Tax, Group Tax and Transfer Pricing team on Tax and Transfer pricing matters
Cash management
• Cash management – to ensure healthy working capital, account relationship management,
• administration of bank accounts
• Follow-up on outstanding technical service fee invoices
• Liaise with Group Treasury team on funding and treasury queries
Corporate Secretarial
• Handle all corporate secretarial matters for 4 legal entities in Singapore
• Manage board resolutions for the 4 legal entities
• Liaise with the Singapore Corporate secretary on Directors updates
Human Resource & Administration
• Handle payroll related matters monthly
• Central Provident Fund (CPF) filing monthly
• Prepare Personal income tax filing annually
