Responsibilities:
Support the creation/development of enterprise pricing/sales systems processes
Manage key pricing/sales systems processes continual process improvement and program enhancements
Drive and support initiatives in standardization of pricing policies and processes in Asia. Provide guidance and support for customer service and field sales staff in handling administrative and pricing issues.
Coordinate implementation of sales and margin improvement actions in partnership with Asia country leaders. Implement improved processes with product, customer service and sales teams. Lead regular review with key functions to track success
Maintain and manage administration of SAP pricing functions and other systems to ensure smooth running of pricing processes
Provide feedback and analytical support for product launches and life cycle management
Drive continuous improvement principles, seek synergies across Asia region/channel
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or comparable discipline.
Preferably with an MBA degree with min 10 years relevant experience
Possess finance and commercial skills coupled with sound business judgement, preferably with in-depth knowledge of pricing principles and techniques
Prior experience with SAP-SD, SAP-MM, SAP-BW
Strong project management skills with good coordination and communication across multifunctional teams
Strong leadership and teaming skills and ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders across functional areas
Meticulous and deadline sensitive, strong problem-solving, planning, organizational, presentation and report writing skills
Demonstrated flexibility to multi-task, cross over and combine analyses of different businesses
Prior work in Lean or Six Sigma methods highly desirable
