Luxury Goods
This Company is a manufacturer and distributor of luxury goods and boasts a global concierge service at the push of a button. They are aggressively growing their presence in the Southeast Asia region with a main focus on developing their own retail stores or operations.
Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Head of Retail, you will have overall responsibilities in terms of sales, brand management, merchandising, and retail operations.
Sales Management:
-Accountable for the budgeting and financial management; Monitor sales performance. Develop and implement all commercial actions for the business growth, including sales target achievements, local and tourist business, incentive program etc
-Cost control by maintaining budget planning for store cost centers in CC tool
-Assure zero stock loss through close control of inventory, store security and regular audits
Team Management:
-Manage retail selling staff regular visits to stores to provide hands-on leadership
-Communicate company's vision and strategies with clear sales directions to the retail team; -Structure the retail organization and allocate responsibilities;
-Motivate the team and work with Global training manager to insure all training required, e.g. product knowledge, selling techniques, luxury retail delivered;
-Guarantee quality staffing through recruitment, rotation, mobility, training, performance evaluation etc.
Merchandising Management:
-Responsible for store merchandise;
-Participate in STP planning for stores
-Oversee correct level per market needs/individual store mix and store size with maximum stock turnover;
- Optimize stock level and mix to achieve sales objectives;
-Provide product and sales feedback to headquarters on a regular basis.
Local Brand Image/Retail Marketing:
-Work with the Regional Teams, to effectively implement strategies of marketing, PR Communications,
-CRM, and VM to achieve the maximum brand exposure for the brand; Ensure that the brand is being featured with the proper image and worldwide positioning according to global guidelines;
-Work with Regional marketing team to develop seasonal marketing, customer events and PR activities/advertising for retail locations
- Build and maintain relations to generate maximum brand awareness and partner brand synergies
Store Network:
- Coordination of all operational elements of store opening as part of the global retail project team;
Participate in creation of the Retail Brief to maximize selected location’s selling space, storage and brand visibility.
Operations:
-Oversee day-to-day operation of the stores and solve unresolved operational issues;
Ensure of the high standards from housekeeping, merchandise display, customer service
Enforce company's policies and operational procedures;
