With a regional headquarters in Singapore, the HR function is building it’s capability and strength and is seeking a solid HR professional to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Generalist
-Be the point of contact for all HR related matters for the Singapore and Malaysia office.
-Provide HR advice to the business on HR generalist matters such as talent acquisition, development, retention and employee issues.
-Responsible for HR process improvement. Recommend, develop and drive to completion all HR process improvement initiatives.
-Drive talent development and succession planning initiatives for Singapore and Malaysia.
-Understand retention risks and put in place relevant development action plans.
-Assist the Associate Director HR for East Asia on HR matters in other locations across the region when required.
Staffing Excellence
-Manage employer branding with recruiters.
-Develop assessment centres to validate new hires, as well as develop existing talents.
-Manage all recruitment activities for positions up to managerial positions.
-Drive new employees on-boarding process to ensure smooth assimilation into the organization.
Compensation & Benefits
-Work with C&B to ensure smooth transition and execution of expat management.
-Conduct reviews every 2 years and is responsible for employee communication on all benefit changes.
-Oversee payroll for Singapore/Malaysia
HRIS
-Take lead and project manage HRIS system implementation.
-Own all HRIS systems : SAP, Success Factors, Taleo, LMS and others.
-Responsible for the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of SAP HR module.
-Perform regular audits to ensure alignment with organizational changes.
Key Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree
-7 to 8 years of HR generalist experience
-Experience with SAP, preferred
-Good communication & interpersonal skills
-Proactive in follow through & demonstrate ownership, positive attitude
-Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
-Good information systems knowledge/abilities and able to pick up new systems quickly
-Able to manage ambiguity and formulate efficient structures to meet dynamic organization requirements.
-Able to problem solve, be consultative and independent when necessary.
-Team player
