One of the leading insurance companies in the world is seeking a recruitment specialist with excellent communication interpersonal skills as well as creativity and an ability to work with people from all backgrounds to join as Senior Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
-Recruitment and retention of staff members with the appropriate qualifications, skills and experience
-Liaise with internal clients to understand recruitment requirements and advise on appropriate recruitment methodologies
-Network with recruitment agencies to maintain contacts and understand current recruitment market conditions
-Interview candidates, communicating job requirements and selecting for potential hires
-Maintain candidate database for future hiring requirements
-Assist potential candidates in finding the correct job match for their skills
Requirements:
-University educated with a degree in human resources or other business related degree
-At least six years of relevant recruitment experience in financial services/insurance industry
-Ability to work independently and under pressure
-Strong presentation, influencing and networking skills
-Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices in Singapore desirable
-Good PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
