Key responsibilities
-Support the recruitment manager in all resourcing activities
-Key focus on sourcing and attracting high calibre candidates for the Singapore office
-Demonstrate the ability to lead the design, development and implementation of strategic staffing initiatives
-Partner with the hiring managers to ensure efficient and effective recruiting strategies
Key requirements
-Four years of progressive recruiting experience
-Degree qualified
-Exposure to graduate recruitment
-Proven ability to recruit across all levels
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Energetic and fun individual
