This global leader is a MNC in the engineering plastic industry. Due to its continued growth in the region, it is now seeking a highly driven and capable individual to lead its marketing in the region.
The Job
To develop and implement the Marketing & Sales strategy to achieve defined financial results
To build a capable team with good team work spirit and strong commitment towards business
To develop new business through acquiring and closing new projects in key application areas
To manage process of sales with regard to pricing policy, relationships with customers, complaint handling and making of contracts
To steer product development and application for product line
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering-related field
Broad view on industry and markets, in-depth know-how about Engineering Plastics and/or applications
Good understanding of applications, materials, processing, industrial requirements and standards, evaluation methods for both materials and applications, product design, CAE analysis
Comprehensive knowledge of marketing concepts
