This global leader is a MNC in the semiconductor industry. Due to its continued growth in the region, it is now seeking a highly driven and capable individual to lead its strategic marketing globally.

Evaluates and manages new strategic business opportunities, and initiatives. Oversees market analysis, monitors, and identifies customer needs. Provides leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives. Defines vision, strategic, and tactics. Will also oversees strategic planning, development and coordination of all marketing communications programs to promote the sale of company products and further the company’s sales objectives.

Identify, analyze and communicate trends in markets and technology that affect semiconductor packaging and its impact. This includes industry segments, customers, competitors and applications for our products and services. Use primary (direct contact), and secondary (professional market research organizations and trade publications) sources. Manages the preparation of sales aids, controls advertising, press releases and public relations projects and recommends the media best suited to sell specific products or services.

Obtain, review and compare product roadmaps with key customer roadmaps, bring areas of misalignment to the attention of the Business Units, and resolve conflicts where required.

Articulate and describe, for Business Development’s key customers and others selected by senior management, the overall strategic initiatives which crossover more than one business unit.

Undertake strategic market research projects when requested by the business units or corp mgmt.

Interface directly with the Business Development Directors and their customer accounts to facilitate communication of information to the customers and to strengthen business relationships. Consults with other areas of management or business units, sales departments, and advertising agencies to leverage web marketing, trade show activity and direct marketing.

Interface directly with assigned strategic accounts to facilitate communication of information to the customers and to strengthen business relationships. Positively promotes the company and business units in appropriate forums, magazines, etc.
