Responsibilities:
- Highly efficient in all aspects of PA duties to Directors
- Managing recruitment of senior positions including sourcing for candidates and coordinating interview arrangements
- Prepare and propose salary package for new hires and increment package
- Be responsible for new hire orientation, employee’s on boarding and exit management process
- Managing and coordinating schedules, meetings, travel arrangements and daily programmes (both business and private activities)
- Handling of calls, emails, correspondence and other communication including interaction with clients, partners and agencies
- Collate and manage database of contacts
- Assist in all aspects of event and conference organisation
- Education industry exposure an advantage
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- At least 5 years experience in a similar capacity reporting to senior management
- Initiative and resourcefulness to execute requests
- Mature and pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Efficient, self-motivated, commitment and ability to work independently
- Professional and meticulous character with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise, remain calm under pressure and remain focused
- Strong multi-tasking, planning and time-management skills, capable of handling sensitive/confidential information with discretion
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications
