Responsibilities:
- Provide an excellent Business Partnering for the Asia Brand Development team that is responsible for (a) Global Innovation (b) Design/Deploy Innovations to Asia region.
- The role is part of the Global Category Finance network to support Global Category Finance Director in wide scope of category finance-related tasks both for Brands in the category & Asia region.
- You should demonstrate the potential to deliver excellence and ambition to gain broad category finance experience, while also developing her/his performance analysis skills, to help drive a challenging business agenda.
- Provide finance business partnering to the regional category brand development team
- Review financial performance against the agreed business plans and innovations
- Support the Brand Marketing Managers in developing the brand/platforms strategies in line with business objectives and action standards
- Monitor and evaluate the category investment decisions
- Provide financial input into all relevant innovation projects through the IPM process, from Idea to post launch evaluation
- Develop the use of DMUU principles in the category innovation process
- Develop strategic and financial business planning
- Understand the external market performance and influencers to drive the category financial agenda
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in Category Finance or country management accounting experience
- Excellent inter personal with developed communication skills.
- Business partnering role within Innovation
- Global and regional working environment
- Practitioner of Innovative Business Partnering Techniques
- Experience of working in a virtual team environment
