One of the world's most diverse companies, employing more than 170 000 people in around 100 countries worldwide is looking for a dynamic individual to join their Supply Planning Team.

Responsibilities:

- Demand & Capacity consolidation, review & resolution through the Capacity Planning Tools, including impact of innovations planned
Regional Supply/Demand exception resolution.
- Provide support to SU in resolving short-term supply constraints.
- Agree and set relevant KPI targets ( CCFOT, FC/FE, Production Bias, Business waste etc). And jointly with MSO & SU have regular reviews.
- Interface with SU Planners ( on supply SU KPI’s) and MSO Planners ( on demand & MSO KPI’s)
- Establish guidelines and rules on inventory stock levels; establish strategic stock levels for seasonal products; approve stock covers deteremined by SU Supply Planner using the inventory planning tool.
- Drive planning process improvements and optimisation of SC costs.
- Capex and Savings monitoring
- Developing innovation networks and management of the same to ensure OTIF delivery.
- Supply Chain Benchmarking studies for the category
- Sourcing Case preparation & implementation: Lead sourcing network design optimisation ( sourcing studies). Understand regional taxes & duties.
- Work closely with SM on strategic RM/PM requirements and supply constraints, and advises the SU of these concerns
- Deliver savings program – Coordinate target settings and idea generation with RCPD and deliver savings program in coordination with related functions
- Running Regional S&OP – Demand/ Supply review and resolution
- Medium to Long Term Capacity Planning, including Network Design and Optimisation
- Capex monitoring
- Running Savings and Margin improvement projects through interactions with SU, Supply Management and Technology
- Tracking Performance Measurement & KPI Monitoring
- Innovation network development and management

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of procurement process in a large multinational in a globally/regionally executive capacity
- Experience in managing complex information, handling large multi-cultural team/peer group would be essential
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated Self-Drive and Passion for Growth
- Able to travel 25% of the time
