Full-Service Mechanical Contractor
Background in Sales and Operations
This global MNC is a full-service mechanical contractor providing process and mechanical system installations for customers in the biopharmaceutical, healthcare, electronics, data centers and general industries. Due to its continued growth in the region, it is now seeking a highly energetic and commercially strong individual who drives sales and oversees the operations for the Singapore market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regularly meet and contact key clients and project decision makers to ensure
that they are satisfed with the service.
• Responsible for all production and workshop facilities, especially monitoring
production schedules and ensuring quality end-products
• Ensure and monitor the success of projects
• Monitor fnancial position of projects
• Along with the Project Manager and Estimator, assign the various responsibilities of a bid proposal
• Ensure the site project management staff and supervision are engaged and
act as leaders for the safety culture on the project.
Key Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Eight to ten years’ related experience in running an operation
• Eight to ten years’ sales experience, especially in selling contractor services
to the chemical, pharmaceutical, healthcare and electronics industry
• Five years experience in managing supervisory personnel and demonstrating
employee relations skills like confict resolution, alternative dispute processes and facilitation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal/written communications skills
to interface effectively at all levels of the organisation, together with the
proven ability to lead/infuence at all levels.
