This global FMCG Company specialises in the design and production of household and personal care products and they are seeking a dedicated and down-to-earth HR professional to provide HR business support to the plant operations in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
-manage full spectrum of HR functions including staffing, compensation and benefits administration, performance management and improvement systems, training, reporting and employee relations
-partner with business managers to define HR needs and provide total solutions for the plant
-plan and direct training and development programs with talent management in mind
-engage and communicate with employees proactively
-develop appropriate HR strategies and solutions to help attract, develop, engage, excite & retain the best talents
Key Requirements:
-possess a relevant Degree with at least 8 years experience in HR, preferably last 3 yrs in a manufacturing environment
-familiar with Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
-strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with management and employees
-strong problem-solving and analytical skills; sound planning and organising skills
-hands-on and operational, you possess the ability to work with people at all levels
-down-to-earth personality coupled with exceptional consulting skills
