Responsibilities:
drive the commercial opportunities associated with CareTrack
realizing the value of CareTrack for the dealers & customer in reaching the CareTrack subscription activation rate that is aimed for
continuously follow up and evaluate performance in CareTrack
run training for CareTrack
support activations of CareTrack subscriptions
support on setting up service/maintenance schedules and alerts
Requirements:
minimum Polytechnic diploma in engineering / technology with a good sense of commercial competence
five years of customer support experience in Construction Equipment industry
a profound understanding in the field of telematics
business minded with strong drive to improve, detail oriented, reliable and flexible to demanding working schedule when needed
ability to convince others and excellent interpersonal skills
willing to travel frequently
