You will assist the Regional HR director and work closely with the regional and global HR teams in the implementation of HR initiatives and integration activities. Key responsibilities:
-You will be responsible for manpower management and talent acquisition. You will conduct the fully range of employment activities to meet business needs of the Asia region. You will implement effective talent management and utilization to ensure business objectives are met
-You will design compensation model and manage effective labor market alignment to ensure the total reward system remains competitive in the industry. You will design and manage competitive employee benefits programs.
-You will manage the compensation and benefits survey for the region, job benchmarking exercise and industry trends analysis.
-You will review and co-ordinate the quarterly and annual review exercise, analyze and tabulate review findings
-You will design and implement appropriate career path, competency model and talent development programs, conduct regular talent review and succession planning discussion with business leaders
-You will assist country managers and regional HR director in the recommendation and implementation of appropriate organizational development and change management measures. You will be involved in M&A and integration activities as appropriate
-You will assist in the implementation of AP HR communication channel, recommend and implement various activities to enhance teamwork and employee engagement
-You will effectively manage labor relations, union, collective agreement and deal with various legal litigation matters as necessary
-You will design and implement HR metrics and SAP HCM across the Asia region
-You will design various talent attraction, retention and engagement programs to assist the company to attain employer of choice status
-You will assist in the implementation of various regional and global HR projects

Key Requirements:
-You are a university graduate in any discipline with a post graduate diploma or Master in HRM
-You possess minimum 10 years relevant HRM experience in global MNC
-You possess Asia HR experience
-You are computer literate, analytical and strong in numbers
-You are creative with strong personal initiatives
-You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
