A prestigious European private bank is looking to recruit a polished and professional Corporate Receptionist. As the first point of contact, you will be representing the image of this highly regarded company.

Key Responsibilities:
- meeting and greeting clients
- answering calls
- mail distribution and collection
- assisting in the set-up of functions and meetings
- ad-hoc administration duties

Key Requirements:
- two to three years' corporate reception experience
- excellent communications skills and fluent in Chinese
- immaculate presentation
- can-do attitude
- confident and possessing the ability to build solid relationships with clients and fellow employees
- good Microsoft office skills
