Responsibilities:
- To support the Finance Director in all areas of finance process.
- To manage the consolidation of the BU accounts, forecasts and budgets using Hyperion.
- To oversee the preparation of the BU reporting pack covering all the BU businesses in the UK, Nordics, USA and other parts of the World.
- To prepare the BU forecast/budget review packs with understanding of issues within the BU businesses.
- Responsibility for the BU HQ functions accounting unit and balance sheet integrity.
- To lead and support finance and process improvement activities as required.
- To support the Financial Director and the BU Executive in providing financial analysis/performance analysis and advice.
- This is a key role within the BU, it has exposure at a senior level in BU and Group Finance and it has visibility of all of the Bus.
- To provide the BU Finance Director and the BU Executive with the appropriate financial analysis to enable efficient running of the business and to aid decision making.
- To maintain effective relationships and manage business unit inputs to achieve deliverables.
- To utilise Hyperion and business understanding to produce Forecast/budget review information and commentaries
- To improve the financial reporting processes
- Financial control of the BU HQ functional budgets
- To lead and support finance improvement strategy activities as required.
- To maintain effective relationships with Group Finance and other company.
- To be the main point of contract for Group Finance
- To provide support on business performance analysis.

Requirements:
- The successful candidate must be a qualified accountant possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
