This organization is one of the largest in the industry and due to expansion, they are seeking for a leader to head up the HR function for one of their business units.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand the business and act as a key business partner with the senior management team to define and implement relevant HR solutions on the ground and to drive business growth
• Set a clear framework of HR policies and governance across the full spectrum of HR activities including talent management, recruitment, compensation, engagement and training
• Work closely with headquarters to drive a market competitive C&B program for the business and align key C&B practices across various operations
• Deliver a successful performance management program that drive employee motivation and business growth
• Coach in country HR Mangers and motivate them to drive performance on the ground level
Key Requirements:
• Degree holder preferably in business administration and possess professional HR qualifications
• At least 12 to 15 years of HR experience with about 6 years of senior management experience with ability to work in complex business environment
• Able to manage HR in remote geographical locations and challenging labour intensive environments
• Expertise in Indonesian labour and industry relations laws and practices will be strongly preferred
• Strong command of the English language and Bahasa Indonesia/Malayu will be preferred
• Previous experience from the commodities industry will be strong preferred.
